Do you love Brené Brown's TED talks or her Super Soul Sunday conversations with Oprah? Do you count Rising Strong, Daring Greatly, or The Gifts of Imperfection among your favorite books? If your self-esteem and sense of self need some perking up and you want to make a big leap into practicing and internalizing new behaviors that move you forward into a place of wholehearted living, then this may be your next step!
Designed by noted researcher and author Dr. Brené Brown, The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology and training program to help you learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver, fuller lives. This class explores the relationship between vulnerability, courage, and shame, and lets you discover what expands or collapses your sense of worthiness. We will examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that hold us back from the full life that we want and identify and practice new ways of being that move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills, personal resources, and daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Classes: Periodically I offer a weekly series as well as one-day and three-day intensives in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Private classes tailored to your needs are also available both locally and outside Greater Seattle. Come join a group of like-minded people in our next Daring Way™ class and get started on creating the life you want right now.
Coaching: Are big groups not your thing? Want an individualized program with lots of time with the facilitator? Then consider a more personalized experience with one-on-one or private small group work using The Daring Way™ concepts and materials.
